Contracting entity: In Project Studio Barcelona SCP / Valga Rural Municipality Government

The author of the idea and the architectural part was FRANCHI+ASSOCIATI from Italy; we were responsible for engineering facilities – i.e. pipelines, streets, lighting, and everything else that goes along with it.
