About the service

The requirements established for financing applications differ depending on the specific rules set for a specific application. Every application generally requires the use of several base materials and preliminary activities, based on which the application can be prepared. Such preliminary activities could include the following:

• geological explorations;
• geodetic surveys;
• draft or preliminary project;
• financial analysis;
• feasibility study;
• development plan;
• procurement strategy;
• environmental impact assessment.

Depending on the nature of the application, we prepare it ourselves or organise all necessary activities, as a result of which the customer can submit the application in a timely manner and correctly.

Financing applications, in the preparation of which we can help:

• Cohesion Fund;
• the Environmental Programme of the Environmental Investment Centre;
• Enterprise Estonia (EAS);
• other analogous applications.

Since 2008, we have helped our customers apply for support in the amount of more than 67 million euros – mainly from the Cohesion Fund of the European Union and the Environmental Programme of the Environmental Investment Centre. We have prepared financing applications and related materials, including feasibility studies, development plans, economic and financial analyses, for more than 60 settlements in more than 30 local governments all over Estonia.
